Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our online shop and add any bouquets or gifts you wish to buy to your shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, click the checkout button and you will be asked to provide the details required to complete your order.
We accept debit and credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your card provider will convert the transaction into your local currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay. You may also place and pay for orders over the telephone.
Orders cancelled online or by telephone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Confirmation of your order indicates that we have received it, but does not confirm acceptance. A contract is formed once payment has been processed. This protects us in the event of pricing errors or where a product is no longer available. In the event of a price change, we will always contact you first.
Orders received before 11am Monday to Saturday may be delivered on the same day if required. Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that date, provided they are placed before the same day cut off time. Orders placed for delivery on public holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
Timed deliveries are not available except for funeral tributes and weddings. For urgent requests or specific flowers, please telephone at least 24 hours in advance.
Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not available, the flowers or gifts may be returned and a delivery note left. Where possible, items may be left with a neighbour who agrees to accept responsibility. If the recipient is unable to collect, a redelivery will be arranged.
We cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage once items have been left. We take great care to ensure freshness and quality at all times.
All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment details submitted through our website are processed securely and are not stored in plain text.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, any complaint should be made within one working day of delivery. Refunds or replacements may be offered at the discretion of management depending on the nature of the issue.
